Class Pricing
Single Class $30

Class Series Cards:
4 Classes $116 ($29 ea. - 4 week expiry)
8 Classes $216 ($27 ea. - 8 week expiry)

Card is non-transferable and students must bring class card to every class.

Respect your fellow students and take the opportunity to prepare yourself for our class. *Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class or if you are paying for class that day.*

Converse All Stars

Shoes


Simple, non-cushioned, flat, broad shoes are desired similar to Converse All Stars.
  • Flat sole - no contours or cushioning whatsoever
  • No interior cushioning whatsoever
  • Lip around entire outside edge to support foot laterally
  • Wide, round toe-box - not narrowed or pointed as in running shoes
  • Any brand is fine the above details are they key
  • Barefoot is second best choice

Make any injuries known before class begins


This allows us to adjust the exercises to your abilities.

Mats


A Mat and towel are appropriate for your practice.

Hygiene


Not everyone believes in the "natural scent". This includes your mat. Wash them regularly with hot, soapy water. Also, refrain from wearing any perfume or fragrance to class.
